• Bhakti Dravya is a “Faith-Tech” platform dedicated to providing pure ritual essentials and a digital spiritual library.

2. Accuracy of Product Information

• While we strive for absolute transparency, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free.

• Vedic Integrity: Our products (e.g., Bhimseni Camphor, Dhoop Cones) are artisanal. Slight variations in color or texture are natural and a sign of their chemical-free origin.

• Usage Warning: Our Kaami Sindoor and other ritual powders are for home/temple ritual use only and are strictly non-topical (not for skin application).

3. Pricing and Modifications

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Shipping: All orders are dispatched from our facility in Kota. Our “All India Shipping” is subject to the terms of our logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including but not limited to the Bhakti Dravya logo, “Gaushala Wisdom” guides, and digital library content, is the property of Bhakti Dravya and is protected by copyright laws.

• Users may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of our service without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Bhakti Dravya shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of our products. Users are responsible for following the safety instructions provided in our Pooja Guidance section.

• These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in Kota, Rajasthan.
