Returns & Refunds Policy

​At Bhakti Dravya, we take immense pride in the purity of our natural artisanal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our Kota facility, we are here to assist you with professional care.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Sealed Items: Due to the sacred nature and purity requirements, items like Bhimseni Camphor or Dhoop Cones must have their inner safety seals intact to be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

​To maintain the highest standards of “Gaushala Wisdom” and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Open Ritual Powders: Products like Kaami Sindoor or Haldi-Kumkum cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Specialized orders for temples or large events are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

3. Damages and Issues

  • ​Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • ​We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during our “All India Shipping” process.

4. Refund Process

  • ​Once we receive your returned item at our Kota headquarters, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • ​If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
