1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Certain products, such as kumkum, sindoor, bhimseni camphor, pooja prasadam, and other consumables are non-returnable due to hygiene and purity reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original packaging or labels.
- Used or partially used products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective).
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@bhaktidravya.com or WhatsApp +91 9509757177 with:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Photo/video of the product showing the issue
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return procedure.
- Approved returns must be shipped back to our return address at the customer’s expense (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we can send a replacement at no extra cost once we receive the original item.
