1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-made or special ritual items may require extra processing time (3–5 days).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted delivery partners (e.g., ShipRocket, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) to ship across India.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping in KOTA city only.
- For orders rest of the country, a dynamic shipping fee of ₹[X amount] applies.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order on the courier’s website or through our Order Tracking Page.
5. Delays & Exceptions
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
- Delays by courier partners.
- Natural disasters, lockdowns, or other force majeure events.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- We plan to introduce this service in the future.
